In the US the age for buying alcohol is 21 so here Charlie Skye is over 18 but still under the legal age to buy alcohol. But Charlie is a hot chick and she just wants to party with the older guys. Her Dad finds out and is not only appalled at his daughter attempting to break the law but can presumably imagine all the bad things that might happen while such a pretty girl as his daughter is intoxicated. As such, he feels the only thing to do is to punish her naughty bottom and the severity of the offence is such that she has fully deserved a good dose of the strap!!

I haven’t seen that much of Charlie but she looks very hot indeed, especially as her Dad, Paul, applies the strap in such a sombre way but the growing number of strokes on her sore bottom means that Charlie is anything but sombre.
